Stylin Chicky

I just had to throw this one out there to start the week. Elise is growing and ever learning so much from her 2 sisters. She loves to be stylin just like they do. I dont know this style thing may be dangerous in the years to come. Have a great week everyone!!!

If at 1st,2nd,3rd you dont succeed - try try again!!

So we tried the family picture thing once again - I am telling you this gets a bit stressful after a while. I think this one worked a little better. If only I could loose about 20 pounds I would be a bit happier. I think it pays to put a baby doll on top of the camera to get everyone looking - I think even daddy was smiling bigger for the doll. : ) I had to catch a glimpse of this sunset tonight too. It was just amazing!!!

3rd time a charm???

Well, this is the third time that we have tried a family picture. It just may have to be the one that we stick with. Why is it so hard for 3 girls and a mom and a dad to get their picture looking great? Maybe it has to do with no one being behind the camera making silly faces at them. We will see, this just may be the picture that you get in your mailbox around Christmas time. If all else fails, try try again, I guess.

Abundant Blessings Art

I have just recently taken on Photoshop. I love it!! I am now trying to do some Announcements and Holiday Cards. Its not easy, espessially since I am training myself on this, so bare with me it may take a couple of weeks before I get all of the quirks out and get some more holiday cards out. Plus, if only my kiddos would give me just a few more moments to figure this out - namely Elise - she hasnt been going to bed until 11:00 at night lately. So stay tuned - I'll keep you posted for some new cards.

My Tomboy

Daddy always wondered why he is the only boy in the family. Well, I think that he did finally get part boy this last time around. Elise is always wanting to play in the dirt, and last weekend all she wanted to do is go outside and play in the rain. She would look outside and cry until I put her outside. Lately she has also taken a new found love with our indoor sandbox a.k.a fireplace. She loves to roll her hands around in the soot and then rub her hands all over her body, pictures to come on a later blog. So really we do have a little bit of boy in the family. She sure keeps us on our toes.

Post Family Farms

We visited Post Family Farms Friday Night. Braedy had a birthday party to go to for a little girl in her class and they had a lot of fun up until I got a little phone call from the dad of the little girl. My heart stopped I thought it was an emergency until he said "Dont Worry!!!" I felt a little better, but he continued. They had taken a LLLOOONNNGG hay ride. Braedy said that it was so long it was to her Grandma D's camper - which is usually at the Conferance Grounds. Well, I dont think it was that far, but long enough for a little girl who

has to go potty to not be able to hold it any longer. She wet her pants and that is what the dad called me for. I needed to come with extra pants and underware. So we took this opportunity to make this into a family outing. The girls had a fun time and I got to explore the Farms. It is beautiful, and a great place to take pictures. I tried to get this one to smile, but she had to have the serious look going. Oh well, maybe it is the rustic look for the farm.
